Sticky Spicy Chicken Wings

Serves: 4, as a starter


  • 16 chicken wings
  • Salt to taste
  • 60 ml oil
  • 60 ml Goldcrest Chilli Infused Pure Honey
  • 90 ml SAFARI Red Pepper or Jalapeno Balsamic Glaze

Yoghurt dip: 

  • 250 ml double cream plain yoghurt
  • 3 spring onions, chopped
  • 3 chives, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


Chicken Wings: 

  1. Season the chicken wings with salt. Mix the oil, honey and balsamic glaze together.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200◦ C.
  3. Brush the chicken wings with the balsamic mixture.
  4. Grill on one side. Turn over and baste on other side. Grill until golden and cooked through.
  5. Drizzle with more balsamic glaze before serving.
  6. Serve with the yoghurt dip on the side.

Yoghurt dip: 

  1. Mix all ingredients together and serve with the chicken wings.
