All our vinegars are locally produced from natural ingredients using the latest submerged fermentation technology.
Only the freshest and juiciest grapes and apples are selected to go into our products. SA’s world-renowned Cape Winelands are where we source grapes for our wine and grape vinegars. The finest locally grown apples are sourced from the Western Cape’s Elgin area for our apple cider vinegar. All our vinegars are Kosher and Halaal, and are produced for a variety of tastes, applications and uses.
Our vinegars are available in supermarkets across South Africa in pack sizes from 250ml to 2L in PET and glass packaging. We supply the catering and home industry sectors in 5L and 25L drums and our vinegars are also offered in bulk tanker loads from 5 000L to 30 000L, in 1 000L flow bins and 220L drums.
