Green Salad with Asparagus and Salmon

Ingredients:
- 120 g baby spinach leaves
- 125 g young asparagus
- 200 g smoked salmon ribbons
- 60 ml capers
- 2 avocados, sliced
- A few slices red onion(optional)
- 60 – 80 ml SAFARI French Dip and Drizzle Vinaigrette
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method:
- Arrange the spinach on a serving plate.
- Arrange the asparagus, salmon, capers and avocado on top.
- Sprinkle onion slices over and drizzle liberally with vinaigrette.
- Season to taste and serve with French loaf.
