Lamb Pitas

Ingredients:
- 500 g shredded leg of lamb
- 60 ml SAFARI Greek Dip and Drizzle Vinaigrette
- 4 pita breads
- 125 ml hummus
- 250 ml tzatziki
- 250 ml shredded cabbage and carrots
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- Mint leaves
Method:
- Mix the lamb with the vinaigrette.
- Toast the pita breads.
- Cut a pocket in each and stuff with hummus, tzatziki, lamb, and vegetables.
- Alternatively top pita bread with hummus, tzatziki, lamb, cabbage and carrots, tomatoes and red onions.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
- Drizzle with SAFARI Cape Apple Balsamic Glaze and extra SAFARI Greek Dip and Drizzle Vinaigrette.
