Lamb Pitas

Ingredients:

  • 500 g shredded leg of lamb
  • 60 ml SAFARI Greek Dip and Drizzle Vinaigrette
  • 4 pita breads
  • 125 ml hummus
  • 250 ml tzatziki
  • 250 ml shredded cabbage and carrots
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Mint leaves

Method:

  1. Mix the lamb with the vinaigrette.
  2. Toast the pita breads.
  3. Cut a pocket in each and stuff with hummus, tzatziki, lamb, and vegetables.
  4. Alternatively top pita bread with hummus, tzatziki, lamb, cabbage and carrots, tomatoes and red onions.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves.
  6. Drizzle with SAFARI Cape Apple Balsamic Glaze and extra SAFARI Greek Dip and Drizzle Vinaigrette.
