Our naturally delicious SAFARI® Apple Cider Vinegar, or ACV, is made from cold pressed whole apples grown in the Elgin district of the Western Cape. These apples are pulped into juice and then fermented. Globally, many apple cider vinegars are produced from concentrate and do not have the same purities as ours.
